Stacy McLarty

Stacy is an ambitious entrepreneur who began her career as a business owner at the early age of 21. As an esthetician and hair stylist, Stacy still owns and operates a successful salon and spa in the West Georgia area. She has educated herself in many arenas including attending the University of Georgia, the State University of West Georgia, as well as classes in Los Angeles, New York City, Atlanta, and Savannah.

Vacationing to the beautiful Golden Isles eventually lured Stacy, her husband Bryan, two children Ember and Ryla, and their dog Murphy to become residents, and Stacy, along with her family,  relocated to St. Simons Island in 2018.

Stacy specializes in seeing hidden potential in homes, getting a buyer the best deals, and helping homeowners with visions of property improvement. Having a knack for remodels, revamps, and design, Stacy has been buying and flipping real estate for over 15 years.  Her latest project is a vacation rental property on East Beach..

With a love for making all things beautiful and the skill of smart investing, Stacy recently followed her talents to become a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and she is combining all of her talents to create a win in the field of real estate.

When not working on a revamp project, buying and selling, or operating her own business, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She likes volunteering at St. Simons Elementary School, watching little league baseball games, playing on the beach and traveling.  Stacy is still very active in her West Georgia community, as well, supporting many schools and non-profits in the Carrollton area. In 2017, Stacy earned the Dr. N. Jane McCandless Community Leadership Award for tireless leadership and dedication to the community.

Whether it is new construction, vintage homes, or somewhere in between, Stacy is proud to now call the Golden Isles home and can help you to do the same.
