Michele Beveridge

We are super excited to have Michele join us here at Banker. If you don’t already know her, Michele and her family have resided on St Simons since 1983. Michele attended boarding school at Chatham Hall in Virginia and received her degree in Economics and French from the University of Georgia where she met her husband Scott. After a career in computer technology, she moved back home to the island with Scott and their twins (now both at UGA) and started selling real estate in 2004. Michele’s husband Scott UGA/Landscape Architecture) is a custom contractor and Michele helped him in that business for fifteen years. This background in construction and knowledge of local subcontractors is a fantastic asset to Michele in her business, making her invaluable to her clients as they evaluate properties, especially for those interested in building or remodeling. She has a broad understanding of vacation rental properties with experience both as a vacation rentals manager for Culver and DeLoach Real Estate and having owned and operated her own vacation rental cottages for fifteen years. Her sharp sense of wit and attention to detail make her an incredible agent to work with. She has traveled extensively around the world, loves food, wine, hiking, mountain biking and long beach walks.
